Resources

We use a range of resources in our practice often inspired from nature, creative crafts and research based methods.  Utilizing all the senses helps us to emotionally regulate hence the use of mindfulness practice in our sessions. The safe, calm therapy spaces we use have also been personally crafted by our therapists.  Current information is shared on our Facebook page.
